How to connect to Google and Facebook to respond to reviews
You can connect your Google and Facebook accounts to ReputationStacker so that you can respond to reviews on those sites directly from your ReputationStacker dashboard.
Where to go to connect to Google and Facebook
To get to your Google and Facebook connection settings go to Settings > Review Settings > Review Profiles, and in the "Edit Review Profile" column click the pencil icon for the review profile that contains the link(s) to the Google and/or Facebook account you want to connect to.
In the upper right corner of the review profile settings you'll see Form Settings > Review Site Links. Click the pencil icon for Google or Facebook:
This will open up a modal containing the review site link settings. Click the button that says "Add Connection for Review Reponses":
This will either open up a new browser tab or a pop-up window in your browser.
If nothing happens when you click the button it most likely means that you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings. Here's how to turn off pop-up blockers on the most popular desktop browsers:

If you turned off your pop-up blocker and you still can't get the pop-up window to appear, you most likely have a pop-up-blocker extension or an ad-blocker extension. You can go through your extensions and try turning them off, or you can open up an incognito browser window, login to ReputationStacker and try again (incognito mode disables most extensions by default).
Moving right along...
In the new browser tab or pop-up window that appears, first sign-in to Google or Facebook (if you're not already signed in), then click the permission settings to allow ReputationStacker to connect to your account.
You'll then be returned to your ReputationStacker settings where you'll select the Google or Facebook business listing that you want to connect to this review profile link:
It's important that you select the Google or Facebook business listing that matches this review profile link (in the "Google Place ID" field or Facebook "Call-to-Action URL" or "Tracking URL" field), otherwise you won't be able to respond to reviews from ReputationStacker.
Click the "Save" button, then click the "Update" button in the main review site link settings modal.
Now your Google or Facebook account is connected to ReputationStacker. When the system detects new Google or Facebook reviews they'll appear on the "Reviews" page where you can respond directly to them.
